Payout timing depends on your provider — mobile money is usually same-day, bank transfers settle on the next working day. We are early, and we would rather show you real numbers than impressive ones.
How we handle what you earn.
Licensed partners move the money
Payments are processed by licensed providers, not by us holding a float. Card, mobile money and bank transfers each settle through the rails they belong to, and your funds land in the account you nominate.
Your store is not your storage
Customer records, orders and product data are yours. We do not sell them, we do not share them with other merchants, and we do not use them to advertise to your customers.
Everything exports, in one click
Products, orders and customers export as CSV whenever you ask — on any plan, including the free one, and including after you cancel. There is no export fee and nothing is held back.
Stopping is not deleting
If you stop paying, your store moves to the free plan instead of being wiped. Your catalogue and your customer list stay intact, so you can come back — or take them elsewhere — on your own timetable.
